&lt;p&gt;I like this post - it got starred in my google reader, along with a lot of &#039;academics&#039; posts on &#039;web 2.0&#039; and &#039;social software&#039;. Real experience talks the most sense, the world has moved on - its not about how we could should be using technology to reach our audiences out there in the big world, but how we can fit what we do into the big world of &#039;technology&#039;, if we can even call  the norm that anymore. Nice!&lt;/p&gt;
